Lee is a qualified civil and transport planning engineer with over 18 years’ experience. He is an expert in the identification and development of multi-modal highways schemes, having worked extensively across London and the UK.
During his time at Steer, Lee has directed a range of high-profile projects in London including our work to remove the Archway gyratory in Islington, to pedestrianise Oxford Street, to enhance the urban realm around Crossrail stations and to deliver a range of cycle infrastructure schemes around the city.
Lee leads our feasibility design market for the UK and works across the full range of modal streams. He understands the competing demands for road space in London and is adept at working with clients and stakeholders to understand their views before outlining the pros and cons of an approach using a robust evidence base. He has an excellent understanding of our clients’ varying needs, wider goals and transport objectives and shares his in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure we achieve the most practical, economic outcome.
